In Their Own Words
Reflections on BBB Accreditation from Accredited Businesses
It's one thing for us to tell you how important BBB Accreditation is to your business. Let's hear what one of your fellow BBB members has to say about the value of BBB Accreditation.
Pierre Landaiche is the General Manager of the Cook Convention Center. He's been a BBB member since 1998 and is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors. "Being a member of the Better Business Bureau means my customers can trust me to do the right thing. They know that I've met the BBB's high standards for good and basic business practices: honesty, transparency, responsiveness and professionalism. I definitely think that gives me a competitive advantage."
Landaiche also believes the BBB has a positive impact on community. "Every community needs a BBB because they provide real people to help a consumer attempt to resolve a problem with a business without having to go to court. That's in addition to many other services like scam alerts, consumer tips, information on charitable organizations and most importantly, Reliability Reports on most businesses."
Thanks, Pierre, for supporting the BBB of the Mid-South and allowing us to support you. BBB Accreditation is good for you, good for your business and good for our community.
