TH, July 14: Better Business Bureau/Small Business Chamber Power Lunch

Featuring: Alan Crone, Kramer + Crone

Alan is an attorney and partner at the law firm Kramer + Crone. His focus is on complex business, commercial and employment law.

Topic: Top 5 Things Every Small Business Should Have (But Generally Doesn’t!)

From business partnership and non-compete agreements to employee handbooks and intellectual property plans, small businesses have a lot to protect! Unfortunately, many small businesses don’t have a methodology for dealing with important legal aspects of their business. Even worse, many don’t investigate the necessary options until a legal issue has arisen (sometimes, too late!). In this presentation, Alan reviews the major areas in which small businesses should be covered, so that they may avoid unnecessary litigation by being prepared on the front end.
