As spring weather prompts more outdoor parties and gatherings, the BBB is alerting consumers about its experience with All Simply the Best Inflatables, LLC, located in Cordova, TN. The company rents moon bounces and other party supplies and equipment. In the past 36 months, the BBB has received 10 complaints on this company; 6 of those complaints were filed within the last 12 months. Of these complaints, 8 remain unanswered and 1 remains unresolved.
Complainants allege that:
· Equipment they reserved was not delivered.
· Their credit cards were charged more than the agreed upon prices for services.
· The company did not respond to calls.
The BBB sent a certified letter to All Simply the Best Inflatables, LLC advising that it would issue a consumer alert if the company did not respond to the complaints in a good faith manner. The company failed to respond to either the BBB’s warning letter or the complaints.
